NatHERS Support is being offered in two levels, Basic and Premium (AccuRate is not expected to be ready for general use before the end of 2005)

Basic Support is provided only via email and all problems will be attended to within 4 working days after receipt of the email request (requests by fax will only be accepted from members without internet access). When registered for Basic Support, you will receive regular notices by email of new upgrades and custom data files which you can download from the members area of this site.

Basic Support fee:
3 months - $ 66.00 including GST
12 months - $ 110.00 including GST

The set-up of new constructions for Basic Level Support Members and other follow-up details will incur an up-front service fee of $33.00 per item being dealt with (GST included).

Premium Support will provide live on-line help, where you can talk directly to an expert and see presentations relating to the issues being discussed. Members will need to have either a Broadband or ISDN internet service.

Where a new custom wall or other data file can be adapted quickly and materials information is available, you will be able to receive a new data file by email the same day. The Premium Level Support includes 30 minutes of on-line help; this can be renewed as needed at $100.00 per 30 minutes.

Premium Support fee: 12 months - $220.00 including GST

Set up of new custom external wall constructions and new custom window data files. Basic support users can request new constructions via the above methods.

Premium support users can request new data files on-line with fast turn around where adequate data is available.

Credit for recent purchasers of the NatHERS Software

Purchasers of the current issue of the NatHERS software (either as an upgrade of an earlier version or a new license are entitled to 3 months included Basic Level Support pro rata from the 1st November 2004 (Please contact support at support@johnballinger.com to arrange credit to the HelpDesk).

New Purchases of new software licenses and upgrade 2.32a may choose to purchase support past the first 3 months as part of the package at the following rates.

Upgrade license 2.32a with 3 months support $82.50 (GST incl.)

Upgrade license 2.32a with 12 months Basic Level support $165.00 (GST incl.)

Upgrade license 2.32a with 12 months Premium Level support $275.00 (GST incl.)

New license with 3 months Basic Level Support $660.00 (GST incl.)

New license with 12 months Basic Level Support $715.00 (GST incl.)

New license with 12 months Premium Level Support $825.00 (GST incl.)
